When a material factual error is confirmed, the affected publication should receive a visible, timestamped correction describing what changed and why. Corrections remain attached to the research record.
Analytical revisions
A thesis can change without the original analysis being factually wrong. When new evidence changes our interpretation, we distinguish the analytical revision from a factual correction and preserve the prior record where practical.
Prediction resolutions
Forward statements recorded in the Prediction Ledger are resolved against documented evidence. Incorrect or invalidated calls remain visible rather than being deleted from the public track record.
Reporting an issue
Readers should provide the affected page, the specific statement believed to be wrong and a reliable supporting source. A public corrections contact channel will be activated with the final domain email system.
